Terms of Service

These terms cover the OpenSEO Google data connection used by NiceSEO for website reporting and SEO work. They do not replace any separate service agreement with NiceSEO.

Authorized websites only

Connect only accounts and websites you own or are authorized to manage. OpenSEO reads Google Search Console and Google Analytics data only for sites whose owners have granted the connected account access.

Read-only Google access

The Search Console and Analytics connections are read-only. They support reporting and analysis; they do not grant permission to change Google settings or publish changes to a website. Any separate website work requires its own agreed scope and authorization.

Data and service use

We use the authorized data to deliver reporting and SEO work as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data. Do not use the connection to access a site without its owner's permission.

Reports depend on the data Google provides and on continuing account access. Connecting an account does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or visibility in AI answers.

Ending access

You can revoke OpenSEO's access in your Google Account's third-party connections at any time. A website owner can also remove the connected account's access in Search Console or Analytics. Removing access stops future reads; contact us to request deletion of data already collected.
